London listed building expert

As a London listed building expert,  we are often called in to help clients when the local authority Conservation Officer does not like their proposals. We also assist with enforcement problems.

We can help work through the issues and help ensure that a satisfactory resolution of the problem is found.

Our London listed building expertise includes working as an expert witness for enforcement actions and High Court Cases.

We can do any survey work required, prepare drawings for you, submit the application for you (normally electronically using the ‘Planning Portal’) and deal with any queries from the Conservation Officer. We can help from design to completion or just when you need us.

Knowing how the planning system works and having experience of working on the inside for Historic England and Local Planning Authorities,  means that we can help provide high-quality practical advice and design solutions for your development projects.
