DIRECTOR
Dr David Hickie was formerly Assistant Regional Director with English Heritage (now called Historic England) before setting up his own independent practice. He is a Full Member of the Institute of Historic Building Conservation and a Member of the Society of Architectural Historians of Great Britain. He has many years experience working for several Local Authorities, the Environment Agency, as well as English Heritage. This work included both planning development control and managing a wide range of development projects – ranging from multi-million pound development projects to highly sensitive restoration of historic buildings.
He also has wide experience of managing and developing award-winning heritage visitor attractions. With this wide range of knowledge, experience and contacts, he is able to successfully help clients steer their way through the sometimes complex project management and planning processes to successful resolutions.
PRINCIPAL CONSULTANTS
Roger Keey FRICS is Chartered Building Surveyor and historic building specialist with over 30 years experience working for a wide range of commercial, residential and public sector clients. Roger is an Affiliate Member of the Institute of Historic Building Conservation.
Nick Booker has extensive heritage business experience in a career covering business development, feasibility studies, marketing strategy and research, and market planning. Nick has been a director of a visitor attraction, is a member of the Tourism Society, and is a Trustee of: the British Postal Museum & Archive; and, the Coventry Heritage & Arts Trust.
