b) Historic Building Survey (this is not a RICS Buyers survey) – Level 1 to 4 Historic England Building Surveys which detail:  its location and description; its historical context, including the setting of the building and the conservation area if situated in one; identify key stages of development, additions and/or alterations – to provide a record the evolution of the building. Provide a clear summary of the significance of building/structure and surrounding area.
