Often we are called in to help when clients need to appeal against refusals or enforcement notices. We can help work through the issues, attend meetings, advise on the best course of argument for the appeal and prepare the all documents required for the process.
We also work as expert heritage witnesses for Councils wanting to challenge appeals by developers.
The appeal process is independent of the local Council and is run by the Planning Inspectorate based in Bristol.
We can submit the appeal for you using the Planning Inspectorate’s Electronic Portal and deal with any queries from the Inspectorate or Council.
Heritage Matters specialise in helping client’s with complex planning and design issues and we can provide a one-stop solution for you.
